ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT.
- Validate vehicle’s plate number at the pay station before exit.
- Cash and credit card payment are accepted at the pay station.
- Pay station accepts AED 10, 20, 50, 100 bank notes.
- Users must exit the car park within 15 minutes from the time of payment.
- Parking tickets cannot be validated at the exit gates.
- Parking fees will apply if re-entering the parking within 2 hours.
- Motorists are required to abide by all traffic, directional and safety signage.
- All accidents and incidents must be reported to security personnel.
- Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
- Overnight parking is prohibited.
- Any vehicle left in the car park for 48 hours or more will be reported to local authorities.
- The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By parking your vehicle in the car park, you are accepting the terms of use displayed at the entrypoint.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the purpose of the new parking system?
The ticketless system ensures parking spaces are available exclusively for JBR DHAM visitors and business partners, as part of our commitment to provide a seamless experience and add value to JBR.
2. When will the ticketless parking system be implemented?
The automatic barrier for the JBR Murjan Sector parking area was planned to be activated on 13th December 2023. You will be notified of any changes by the JBR Mall Management team.
3. How can retailers apply for a parking space?
Retailers may apply for annual parking permits for their staff at a fee of AED 9,000.00 (excluding VAT) per user per annum, subject to terms and conditions. Submit your request to the JBR Tenant Relations Team at jbr.tenantrelation@dham.ae.
4. What is the process for activating a parking access permit?
Submission:
- Complete the Excel sheet provided by the Tenant Relations Team
- Attach required documentation
- Sign the licence agreement for membership activation
- Pay the associated fees
- Submit all details to the Tenant Relations Team
Post Submission:
- You will receive an email notification once the permit(s) are activated
- You will then access the parking via number plate recognition
5. What is the validity period of a parking permit?
Your parking permit is valid for a maximum of one year. It can be renewed with notice and payment of the associated fees, submitted at least two months before expiry.
6. How do I change the vehicle assigned to my parking permit?
Contact the JBR Tenant Relations Team to update the vehicle assigned to your permit.
7. How can I access the parking area?
With the plate recognition system, you can access the parking area automatically once your vehicle is registered. No physical card or ticket is required.
8. Can retailers reserve specific parking spaces?
No. Once your parking permit is activated, you can park anywhere within the parking area at your convenience. There are no reserved spaces.
9. Where is the parking area located? Is it free for visitors?
The parking is located on the Murjan Sector Mezzanine Level – ticketless parking area (currently managed by Green Parking). Parking fees are as follows:
- Per hour: AED 20.00
- Maximum fee for 24 hours: AED 200.00
Visitors can obtain 3 hours of free parking when they spend AED 100.00 at any participating retailer.
10. Where can visitors pay parking fees?
Visitors can pay by cash or credit card at the parking pay stations located on the Murjan Parking Mezzanine level.
11. Are there any restrictions on parking timings or duration?
Parking is accessible 24/7 with no time restrictions.
12. Are there special considerations for retail or restaurant customers?
Visitors can obtain 3 hours of free parking when they spend AED 100.00 at any participating retailer. This applies only to retailers who have registered for the customer parking validation programme.
13. Can visitors obtain multiple parking validations?
No. Visitors cannot obtain multiple validations – not from one retailer followed by another, even if they spend at each. Only one validation is permitted per visit.
14. Can a visitor exit the parking and re-enter to validate again?
No. If a visitor re-enters within less than 2 hours of exiting, standard parking fees will apply.
15. How can retailers apply for customer parking validation?
Retailers may submit their interest by emailing the JBR Tenant Relations Team at jbr.tenantrelation@dham.ae. A detailed guideline on the validation process will be provided.
16. Is the parking management company changing?
Yes. Murjan Parking is currently managed by Green Parking; however, they will no longer manage the paid parking service once the Ticketless Parking System is activated.
17. Can I still use my existing Green Parking access cards?
No. All existing Green Parking access cards will be deactivated once the new parking system goes live.
18. Who should I contact in case of a parking emergency?
All parking barriers and pay stations have an intercom button to speak directly with a parking operator.
