Dubai, UAE: February 27 2020: Residents can now walk the walk and talk the talk at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai’s premier beachfront destination by Dubai Retail, courtesy of an upcoming series of talks and masterclasses designed to suit all tastes and preferences.

Part of the ongoing #WOWJBR series, the March line-up of activities is being held under the theme ‘Express Yourself’ and includes numerous events designed to educate and entertain the public.

Residents and visitors can learn how to make the most of the fast-fading winter al fresco season with a Brisket and Barbecue masterclass by Pitmaster Georges Abdo, who will teach attendees how to make the perfect slow-smoked brisket at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit on Monday 2nd March at 7pm, while Siama Qader will explore the art of conversation and deportment in our increasingly diverse society in Social Etiquette at Blacklight Minigolf 3D on Tuesday 3rd March at 10.30am.

On Wednesday 4th March at 10.30am, Don’t Call Me An Influencer will see food writer Courtney Brandt delve into the F&B industry and explore how brands can work more effectively across a mix of communications platforms at BBQ Delights, before The Secret Shrimp Kingdom masterclass sees Head Chef Omar Malik lead guests through the exhaustive preparation of the restaurant’s famous Cajun Shrimp dish at Shrimp Kingdom at 11.30am – tasting included!

Rounding the week off with a sweet finish, Traditional Italian Gelato will be led by Lorenzo Salvioni, where attendees will enjoy an introduction to how gelato is made with fresh and natural ingredients at Cone Street on Thursday 4th March at 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
