Şekerci Hafız Mustafa was founded by Çankırılı İsmail Hakkı in 1864 during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz and later taken over by his son Hafız Mustafa. Hafız Mustafa won 11 medals from Europe in the fields of bakery, confectionery and candy making between 1926-1938. Hafız Mustafa has been dedicated to the Ahi order since 1864; Its brand identity is traditional and innovative in terms of its international recognition.
